About

I studied Applied Computer Science at Howest in Bruges. After my internship at Citymesh, I started at BrightAnalytics, where I've now worked for a year.

Most of my time goes to the backend, but I like to build a feature from start to finish, from the database to the screen. I care about code that the next person can read, and tests that catch problems before users do.

Outside of work I like to self-host things and try out new tools. Sometimes I write about it.

    Full-stack developer at BrightAnalytics Now

    I work on a financial reporting and consolidation platform, mostly in Laravel and sometimes in Go. I build features from start to finish, work on integrations with other software, help with framework upgrades, and help the team write better tests.

    Software engineer intern at Citymesh

    I built a tool that turns 5G use cases into reports with charts. I talked with the business side to find out what they needed, led our sprints, and built a small multi-service tool with Node.js, Kafka and Vue.
